We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with strong product UX and UI fundamentals, and a genuine interest in designing AI‑enabled user experiences.
This role is ideal for a designer who is confident in end‑to‑end product design, curious about AI capabilities, and motivated to learn, experiment, and grow as AI becomes a natural part of modern product development lifecycle. You don’t need to be an AI expert, we care more about how you think, explore, and apply AI thoughtfully in user experiences.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver intuitive, high‑quality experiences while gradually exploring how AI can enhance workflows, features, and user value.
In this role you will:
Core UX & Product Design
- Design user flows, wireframes, generate interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity interfaces
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into clear, usable design solutions
- Apply strong UX principles, accessibility standards, and design best practices
- Contribute to information architecture, interaction models, and feature‑level experience decisions
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering throughout discovery, delivery, and product evolution
Design Systems & Consistency
- Actively contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems and AI tooling – MCPs, agents and skills
- Ensure visual and interaction consistency across products while balancing speed and quality. Use AI automated workflows and tooling in production.
AI Exploration & Learning
- Explore how AI features or AI‑assisted experiences can improve usability and user outcomes
- Collaborate with the team on AI‑related design explorations, prototypes, or concept testing
- Actively follow AI trends, tools, and UX implications, and share insights and knowledge with the team
- Use AI‑enabled tools (e.g. in design, prototyping, research synthesis, asset generation)
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work independently on complex or high‑impact design tasks, owning outcomes end to end
- Seek feedback early and often; incorporate input with a growth mindset
- Participate in design reviews, team discussions, and cross‑functional workshops
- Act as a strong senior contributor and role model for UX best practices
- Provide guidance or mentorship when needed, without formal people‑management expectations
Your background:
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX / Product / UI Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design thinking
- Excellent command of Figma, Figma Make and modern design workflows
- Solid experience designing responsive web and/or desktop applications
- Strong understanding of UX patterns, accessibility, and usability principles
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working in cross‑functional product teams
Additionally, it would be nice if you have:
- Hands‑on experience designing AI‑powered or AI‑assisted features
- Familiarity with the AI tooling landscape for design, research, or prototyping
- AI dev tooling literacy is a plus – VS CoPilot, Claude Code, etc.
- Experience contributing to or evolving design systems
- Exposure to user research, usability testing, or insight synthesis
